Custom embroidered items are made to order specifically for you, so they're final sale. But if we got something wrong, we'll fix it — no hassle.

Manufacturing defects

Flawed stitching, a torn garment, or an error in the embroidery? We'll repair or replace it.

Our mistakes

If your order doesn't match the proof you approved — wrong design, color, or item — that's on us, and we'll make it right.

How to report an issue

Reach out within 7 days

Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can act fast.

Send photos

Include a few clear photos of the issue and your order number. It helps us sort it out quickly.

We make it right

We'll repair, replace, or otherwise resolve it — and cover return shipping when the issue is our fault.

What isn't eligible

  • Ordering the wrong size or quantity (please check our Size Guide before ordering)
  • Designs, spelling, or colors that were approved on your proof
  • Change of mind after production has started
  • Normal wear or damage from improper care (see our Care Instructions)
Always review your proof carefully. Spelling, colors, and placement are locked in once you approve — that approval is what we stitch from, so give it a close look.
