Is there a minimum order?
Nope — order a single piece or a few hundred. That said, our bulk pricing kicks in at 10+ units, so the more you order, the more you save per piece.
How long does an order take?
Most custom orders are produced and shipped within 1–2 weeks of design approval. Large bulk runs may take a little longer — we'll confirm your timeline up front. See Shipping & Turnaround for details.
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Absolutely. Send us your logo or design and we'll digitize it for embroidery. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG is usually fine too.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector formats (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) are ideal. We can also work from high-resolution .PNG or .JPG images. Not sure if your file will work? Send it over and we'll let you know.
Will I see a proof before you stitch?
Yes. We send a digital proof for your approval before production starts. Nothing gets stitched until you sign off on the design, colors, and placement.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer tiered volume discounts — up to 20% off on orders of 100+. See our Bulk Pricing page and use the calculator to estimate your savings.
How do I get a quote?
Head to our Custom Orders & Quotes page or just contact us with your design, item, quantity, and deadline. We'll get you a quote fast.
Can I return or exchange a custom item?
Because each piece is made to order, custom items are final sale — but we always cover defects and any mistake on our end. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.
How do I care for embroidered apparel?
Wash inside-out in cold water and avoid high heat to keep stitching crisp. See our full Care Instructions.
